We undertake a set of activities required for achieving the desired purposes and changes and to manage client relationship. This process has a clear beginning and a clear end which helps us as well as the client to be systematic and methodical, proceeding from phase to phase and from operation to operation.
In the entry level we make a relation with the client, carries out a short survey of the assignment, submit a work proposal to the client and then make a work agreement with the client. Diagnosis phase includes an in-depth analysis of the assignment where the client co-operates the consultants in identifying the sort of changes required. Action planning includes solution of the assignment by a rigorous and systematic approach. 4th Phase is the implementation phase where we implement our planning with the effective team work of our expert consultants. Finally we complete the assignment with details report and follow-up plans.
